Adding to Quick Style Gallery in Outlook 2007

I want to add "my style" to the Quick Style Gallery in the "Format Text" tab
of the "ribbon" of Outlook 2007 beta 2 when editing an email message.
Specifically, Verdana, 10 pt, black, regular.

Suggestions? "Help" provides no help, of course.

This worked for me when composing a new email, but when composing a reply, I always get the standard Normal.dotm Quick Styles. No matter what I do to delete them, the reply email always has them!

I even modified the Normal.dotm file, but I can't seem to find a reply email .dotm template, just the NormalEmail.dotm.

How can I get rid of these Quick Styles that just won't delete, and customize the Quick Styles for replies?
