Adding text to the side of a photo

I have created a business letterhead using a photo I cut
and pasted from the photo viewer to microsoft word. The
picture transferred correctly onto the left margin. I
want to add some text to the right of the photo, but I
can not do so. Only above or below it. How do I un-lock
that area to add txt to it?

In MS Word, right click on the picture. Click on Format Picture, Layout.
Wrapping Style. Select anything except In line text.
