Adding Text to a completed report

I need to add a text box that can be edited after the report is ran. Essentially I have to add a company specific number rather than the one I am generating. Or should I add this to a parameter query to prompt the user to input the text? I just cannot figure out how to add this text input into the query that would show up on the report. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
