Adding Tasks thru access

Hello Gurus

I wanted to input tasks into Outlook using a query or some other technique from the corresponding table in Access. What is the way in which this can be accomplished ? How much granular can I go ? Could I share tasks among others users in a Corporate workgroup
 
You can use the Application.CreateItem method to create a new TaskItem in
the user's default Tasks folder.

Whether you can share tasks depends on the mail environment. See
