I have a form that I use to add record entries to Mainframe DB2. This
primary form is a multi-tab for (5 panels). There are two DB2 tables
involved. Table 1 is master, table 2 is secondary. I will only have 1
master record, but could have more than 1 secondary record. I wanted to add
a sub-form to the last panel that would allow me to create a new master
record, plus, create at least 1 secondary record, and possibly more than 1
secondary record at the time of creation of master record, without losing
primary record information. Issue is, the subform I created looked good in
design mode but when in form view the subform layout is replaced by single
line, crunched up fields, like spreadsheet format, and I would like to keep
the design view mode up. What am I doing wrong to lose the well formed
single (secondary record) input subform to display a single accross screen
single line of data? How do I get the well formed panel back. Thanks.
