Adding Stationary

I have user who is on Outlook 2003 and using html as her
email format and chose a cool looking stationary.
However every time she hits the enter key it double
spaces between lines. This is just like coding an actual
web page when the same thing happens. You can hold down
the shift button and hit the enter key and it will single
space but of course who wants to do that. How do I have
her html backgroup only single space between the lines?

You'd have to add a styles section to the stationery's HTML coding.
