Hi,
I have a problem adding an SSL-enabled WebDAV directory as a webfolder
via the "Map network drive" wizard in Windows Vista. When adding the
URL "https://my.server.com/webdav" and Vista is trying to connect I am
getting the "Select Certificate" dialog with no certificates in the
list to select from. The only option is cancel.
The server is an Apache 2.0.63 with mod_ssl (openSSL) on Windows
Server 2003 and a self-signed certificate. Accessing the URL via
Internet Explorer gives me the warning (cert is not trusted), but I
can continue. I tried adding the URL to local sites and also trusted
sites, but nothing helps. With Windows XP I just get a Security
Warning dialog and can click yes to proceed. Windows Vista does not
work like this.
Is there a workaround to have the certificate in the "Select Cert"-
list and/or always accepting it?
Any suggestions or pointers would be highly appreciated.
