Adding specific printers to a computer

I know of the way to add the Printer to a specific user through a VB Script
based on AD and GPO. But what I am looking for is to add that printer to a
specific computer and to every user who logs into it no matter where they sit
in the AD Structure with a VB Script. Can that be done and how?
