Adding space to system drive

I have a server with RAID 1 and 3 partitions. The system partition is only 4
Gig and they have run out of free space, and therefore can no longer run
Windows Update. Is there any way to enlarge the system partition without
re-partitioning and re-installing the OS and programs? There is no
unallocated or unpartitioned space, but there is free space on the other 2
partitions. I think Norton used to have a software tool, DiskMagic, that
promised the ability to do this? Or do I need to just plan on re-installing
everything?
Thanks!

Find the HDD large enough to fit RAID data (or move the data temporarily)
and clone. Depending on cloning software you can save an image on a network
share. Be careful if the server is the only DC.

Thanks for the suggestion. The server is the only server of any kind, so
we'd like to minimize downtime and would prefer a software solution.

Resizing with Volume Manager or similar tools can be destructive and
downtime would be far longer than couple of hours for cloning.
