Adding Sound (music fron a cd )

How can I take a song off a cd and us for background sound on web page? I
uploaded to MusicMatch but can't get it on FrontPage 2003
 
First you need to consider the legal issues: playing a song from a CD on a
web site in this manner would surely violate copyright law in respect of
"public broadcasting", given the nature of the internet as a public medium.

Frontpage can only recognise WAV and MP3 - won't import the raw format CD
Audio files Did you convert it to MP3 or WAV?
