I have added a pre-recorded sound clip from a CD (saved as a WAV file) to a presentation. It plays OK when I am showing the presentation on my own computer - coming in at the right point bang on cue. However, it will not play when I am showing the presentation through the pojector (an In Focus LP500). When I click on the sound clip icon the next slide comes up! Any suggestions please

You have to increase the size of the files under tools, options, general to be as big as the sound file or it will not embed. Now what I want to know is how do you get the sound to play as soon as the slide opens up where you don't have to mouse click it to get it to play. I would like a presentation to play in a kiosk

When you are playing through the projector, is it from the same computer you
created the presentation on?

If not, you've either broken your links, or you've forgotten to send the WAV
file along with the presentation. See
http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00155.htm

If you want to embed the WAVs, see the "sound advice" information at

You have to set the sound to play using Custom Animation settings.

Now what I want to know is what version of PPT you're using. Can't give you
specific information on how to do this without that info...
