Adding sites to top of Links list

I posted this question last night, but it never posted-- So trying again

I'm new to XP. In Win98, when I added a URL to the Links list, it added to the top of the list. Now, in XP, it's adding links to the bottom of the list. How do I set links to add URLs to the top of the list

I'm not sure if there's actually a way in Windows to do this, but in my
Links folder, if I want somethign to show up 1st (or always 1st), I name it
starting with a number (example: 1Search, 2Sports, etc). This wa it will
always show up where I want it.
