adding shadow feature to box without adding to text

I want to add a shadow to the boxes of a flow chart but when I do, the text
also gets a shadow and it makes the text look blurry. Is there a way to add
shadow to the box outline without adding to the text?

Hi Laura

The fact you have no fill in your box is what's causing the problem - change
it to 'backgroud' and it should all be good
