In Outlook 2000, how do I add sender to address book.

Baltzer said:Thanks for the quick reply. I think your suggestion works with Outlook
Express but not Outlook. I've tried right clicking everywhere and add
sender
to address is not an option.
Also, I don't know what you mean by"mail support mode"?

R click on the senders address.
You see no "Add to Contacts..." action?

problem? How do I find out my mail support mode?
Thanks,

:
Depends on your mail support mode which you failed to state.

Sounds to me like you haven't even opened the message.

Peter Pepper said:1st, I am using Outlook 2002 with recent "improvements" by windows update,
No, the only choices in the right click menu are:
Cut
Copy
Paste
Clear
Select All
One reason I asked what the problem mail formats would be. I have several
pop accounts that I access directly over the internet, no exchange server
or
mailbox is involved.
Contacts is the only address book in Outlook. It is enabled as an email
address book.
Thanks,
PJP
Peter Pepper said:Yes, I am sure. See inbox - double click on message - see message open.
Point mouse to to header where FROM is located, right click - these are
the
only choices.

I see no "add to contacts action."
So, when you open the message and right-click the mail address, you
don't
see a context menu like the one attached?
