Adding Reports to a split database

I have to update a split database in my office, and need to add a query and a formatted report pulling this new query along with the results of some others that already exist. Is there any way that I can do this? Thanks, any help is appreciated

You can open the frontend, add the necessary queries/reports and then
redistribute the frontend to users.

There are a number of methods you could use to redistribute the frontend.
