ADDING & REMOVING PROGRAMS

When I try to add or remove a program from XP, I get the message insufficient
priviledge to modify file- file name. I have gone on as admin and still no
luck!

This can indicate either a Profile corruption or an Infection.
Try with info below then try the scan for malware and viruses on your machine.

regedit click [OK] locte the Key below and remove the Entry for the Program:
[-]HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
