This can indicate either a Profile corruption or an Infection.
Try with info below then try the scan for malware and viruses on your
machine.

Open a run command and type in:
regedit click [OK] locte the Key below and remove the Entry for the
Program:
[-]HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
