Can you please tell me how to add a network printer to
the profile as a default printer. Then when they log on
to a specific area the printer availble in that area
would be added to the profile as the default printer.

The default printer for the logged on user is stored in the "Device" value
in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
If you want to set the default per computer, you can place the "Device"
value in:
HKEY_USERS\.Default\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
- The value here will be copied to the HKCU key for a user when they first
log on to the machine
