Adding PP Viewer to a PPS so I can send in email

I sent a .pps file attached to an email to a friend. He advises me that he
does not have PowerPoint on his computer (Yes, I can't fathom that either)
so it won't run.

Is there a way to imbed PowerPoint Viewer into a .pps file so it can be sent
over the internet and viewed on any computer?
