Adding placeholders

Check out PPT 2007 - you can set up your own slide layouts with as many (or
as few) placeholders as you desire. In addition, you can make the
placeholders exactly what you want and change the prompt to help people use
them the way you intend.

I'm trying to create a access badge template in power point. I would like
PowerPoint is not exactly the right program to create access badges. Try
designing them with a Word table. You could also combine it with your list
of attendees, there.

If you've got a lot of them to do, our Merge addin
(http://www.pptools.com/merge/) would make it child's play, but it wouldn't be
worth messing with if there are just a few as a one-time thing.

It'd take some care with the layout and print setup to get consistent results
but once you had it down, it could fly.
