adding picture sldie show to a CD?

i am using XP pro and with its wizard in xp it does NOT
give me the option to add slide show when i make a cd with
all my jpeg's pictures
my wife has it on her home edition on Xp so where do i
add it on this XP pro version, thanks dave
 
microsoft plus ???? not sure is that a seperate
program?? i did see a auto.exe on the CD that was
made,, so ??
and in the tree pane on the left, it says picture
tasks,,, that doesnt show on my XP pro ?? what gives any
ideas??

Go to this site to get the Slideshow.exe file.

Download the file in one of your folder. Once done, double click on it to
install it. When you use XP to copy to CD, the wizard will ask you if you
want to add this feature. You just answer YES and it will add three files to
the CD to make this option run.

For your missing Picture Tasks, right click on the folder name. Click on
Properties click on the Customize tab and select Pictures for the type of
folder.
You should now have the Picture Tasks pane on the left. The last item under
Picture Tasks is Copy to CD. If this is not listed, do the following:
Click on Start, click on Run and type the following in the textbox:
REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL
and press the Enter key.
Note that there is a space between ...32 and SHI...
