I am working with a WMA file that I want to add photos into. I have no
problem with the title and the music but have not yet figured out how to put
a photo into this type of file. Can anyone help with this?

WMA is an audio file...you cannot add pictures to
an audio file. However you could use PhotoStory 3
or Movie Maker 2.1 to combine pictures and audio
into a .wmv video file.

Have a look at the following sites:

Beginner's Guide to Photo Story

Movie Maker for Beginners

You are correct it's a WMV, I should wear my glasses more often. The file I'm
working with is a premade WMV from Animation Factory. I have my title in it
already but want to put a photo or clip art into it yet. It is the intro for
my PPT show I am putting together.

Is this possible?

If you open the .wmv file in Movie Maker
you can add additional stills and videos.
Just split it where you need to add the
new content...or add it to the end.

Maybe something in the following
tutorial will work for you:

"Splitting A Clip In MM2.1"

Drag the video/audio clip to the
Timeline.

Play the video/audio by clicking the
"Play" button under the view screen.

You will see the Playback Indicator
(vertical line) advancing across the
timeline.

Click the "Pause" button at the point
where you wish to trim and type...
Ctrl+L or click the "Split" button at the
bottom of the view screen.
(you can also make adjustments by
dragging the Playback Indicator)

Make as many splits as you want and
add your new images/videos between
the clips and you can remove unwanted
clips by right click / delete.
