I am trying to add a NT workstation to a Windows 2000 Server network. I am using dhcp, and I can ping the server but cannot change to the domain of the server. It is telling me that the domain controller is not available. What can I do to add this computer to the network?

First, you have dis-join from old domain. Set it up as workgroup.
Than join the 2000 domain. Sometimes, computer account has to be created on
domain.
