adding new user

Hi it is almost 3 months I have been trying to add a
new name to msn explorer. with no luck . it keeps
asking me silly q's and try to get me up sign up with
new ISP account. thank u in advance for your help. sh-ta

I'm just curious. What do people use MSN Explorer for? I've never
used it in favor of IE. In fact I have disabled it from
add/remove\windows components\unchecked the box... So what's it for?
Just another choice of a browser?
