Adding New Report at run time

Hi,
I want to add new report on click of a new Report button
in form. Is this possible.

Can anyone help me on this.

It may be possible, but it would be "A Bad Thing" for your
application.

What are you trying to accomplish that makes you think your
users need to create new reports?
