Hey guys....
Since June we've had three machines networked using a D-Link router. Hubby
just got a new machine (XP-Pro SP-2) and while the three older machines (two
running Win98 and the third running XP-Pro SP-2) can all see each other we
can't seem to get the newest machine to see the others.
I *think* hubby may have set himself up as the System Admin -- which up
until now my XP machine has been.
We've run the XP-CD on the three older machines and they continue to see
each other but when we go to run the CD on the new machine *it* acts as if it
is the one setting up the network and not joining an existing one.
One other point: when we turn on the new machine it immediately sees our
D-Link router as an unknown device and when we show network connections it
only sees the D-Link router.
Thanks in advance for your help!
