Adding new in box to outlook 2002

I am running outlook 2002 through an exchange server. I currently have one mailbox working fine. I want to add a POP3 mailbox to a different inbox but it will only let me choose the same mailbox as the exchange server inbox. I want to have 2 different inboxes to distinguish between the POP3 account and the Exchange Server mail box. Would love any advice. Thank you.

Choose Tools, Email accounts, and follow the steps in the
wizard to add your POP3 mailbox. When you finish
following the wizard, you will have two Outlook mailboxes
within your Outlook screen. The inbox through the
exchange server will have "Outlook today" or some other
name on it. Your POP3 account will have its own list of
folders, including an inbox and a deleted items folder.

Thanks Bob, but that does not work for Outlook 2002. You are correct for Outlook 2000. That is my problem. When you create a POP3 account in 2002, it delivers the all the mail in only one inbox. In 2000, it creats 2 seperate headings, like you said. Try it yourself. Any other ideas?
 
You would need to create separate profiles to completely separate the POP3
mail from the Exchange mail. When all mail accounts are in one profile,
there is only one Inbox for mail delivery, and you'd need to use rules to
move messages to other folders after they arrive (or move them manually).
