adding .net 3 to XPE image

Hi All

Quick easy question. I wanted to added .net 3.0 to my XPe image. So
I downloaded and ran Q824706_xpe_sp2_x86_enu.exe. Then I downloaded
X13-71174.img and mounted it as an iso. I was expecting a binary to
update my component database, but instead there is just the .net 3
msi?!?! Am I missing something? I'm currently using XPe SP2.

Hopefully someone can point me to how I can update my components. I
would like to update to ie7, and media player 10 as well.
