I'm looking for a way to have present view move through my slides as I
add narration. When I add narration I can't get presenter view to show
& so I have no way of easily seeing the speaker notes as I add the narration.
I use 2 monitors in power point 2003. I know how to add my narration saving
the sound files & linking the timing to the slide. When I press "space"
the sound is saved the right hand monitor moved to the next slide BUT the
left hand monitor does not move thru the slides. Can anyone help? Regards
Dan

If you right click on the slide in Show view, you can go to Screen > Speaker
notes to view the notes during your recording. This is clumsy though, because
you can only do this after you begin recording -- so there will be a delay in
your recording. If you have audio editing software you'll be OK.

I'd suggest sending your presentation to Word (File > Send To > Word) then
print out your notes.

Dan,

Our PowerPoint AddIn SpeechOver provides another solution to your
problem: the narration is generated automatically from your speaker
notes by text-to-speech voices. So you don't have to coordinate
speakers notes with recording - and you don't even have to record!
