Not to the address book, since in Outlook, the address book contains no
data, but is just a view of your Contacts folder(s), but you can add it to
your Contacts. Open the message, right-click the sender name and choose
"Add to Contacts". If it's an address other than the sender that you want
and it;s in one of the recipient fields, you can do the same. If, however,
it's in the body of the message, then I don't think so.
