adding "My Computer" as a security zone in internet explorer

Isn't there a way to add "My Computer" and / or "My Network" as a
security zone in internet explorer ? I thought there was but haven't
been able to find any information on it ? A registry edit or GPO
perhaps ?

This registry edit has worked for me on Millennium, XP and Vista.
I've never seen anything similar for My Network.
