I would like to have music in background of my photo cds while viewing on tv.
How do I do this?

You have several options. Use Google and search for create slide show.
Plenty of software to do this.
However, the key word in your question is TV.
If you want high quality, why spend the time to create a slide show of
blurry pictures. You will need to be able to copy your production to a DVD
if you want good quality on your TV. If you have a DVD burner you can use
Pro Show, Roxio 7, etc. to produce your slide show with added music and copy
to DVD.

Since you have not done this before, try your hand at making such using
Movie Maker, part of XP. Click on Start, All Programs, Accessories,
Entertainment, Movie Maker. When Movie Maker opens, look at the menu on the
left and click Import photos. Then you can Import music. Once the file is
done you can play it on your computer but if you want it on your TV you need
to copy it to a DVD and XP does not have the capability of doing this. You
need something like Roxio 7, Nero 6 etc. software to copy the file to a DVD.

You can also use something like Photo Story 3 (free from Microsoft). Fun and
easy to use and the story will look good on your computer. But same problem
again, you need software to copy it to a DVD and a bit of work to make look
decent on your TV.
Here is a site about Movie Maker and Photo Story 3 for how to use them.
