I created a slideshow containing still photos and added music, however I
cannot get it to start at the beginning of the slideshow. It seems it will
only at about 10 minuated into the skide sjow, even though I drag the slider
back to the beginnibg.

Anyone have any ideas?

========================
If the blue vertical line that allows
you to split your clips is showing
somewhere along the timeline
when you add the audio clip...
that's where your audio clip will
begin.

If you click the Stop button (Ctrl+K)
on the viewer, and then add the
clip, it will start at the beginning
of your movie.

Also...try left clicking the music clip
and drag it all the way to the left. If
you add a second clip...it will follow
the first.

PapaJohn,

First of all, Thank You for your prompt response. I didn't realize that I
was so slow, but I still don't get it. I put 4 still pictures in a sllide
show and set transitions, then added a music clip. I can get it to start at
the beginning if I preview, then move the slider back to the far left end.
However the next time I do a a preview it won't play the music. It may start
at the 20 or 30 minute spot on the timeline.

I know I must be doing something worng but I don't know what that is. Any
thoughts?

Dick

John,

Thank you for your reply. I did try both of your suggestions, but neither
seem to fix the problem. If I move the slider all the way to the left the
music will start there, but when I do a preview a second time it is gone.
When I moved the slider to the left before I added the clip nothing changed.
I am at a loss at this point.

Sorry, I don't know what else to offer.

Maybe it would be worth a try to delete all
content and begin the project once again.
