I'm not very good with computers but I had the same problem when creating a
slide show. The CD that I wanted to take the music from had a file ending
..cda a friend told me about a site called "yamp" that you can use to change
various file formats to one that might work in Movie Maker" I just stumbled
You need to re-rip your CD in Windows Media Player with copy protection
turned off. If you bought the song online - burn it on a CD, then rip the CD
and the files you get are usable though of slightly lesser quality.
