Adding Music Files

I use frontpage for my site and I will soon have a new music section where I
feature an artist with a snippet of their music. I'm not sure how to create
this on my site. Do I have the artist send me the music file and then upload
it to my site then create a link on the page to the file? Are instructions
for this listed anywhere on the web so that I can read it?
 
Yep thats basically how you do it.
They email you the file.
You Import it into your FP Web/Site
Create a hyperlink to the file
Publish it to your server
