I am trying to add multiple music clips to to the time line in movie maker.
Is there a way to drop and drag them to the position where you want them.
Also, it seems like it will not let you use more than 1 clip, i have about 4
different songs I want to add to different places in the timeline. Any
suggestions.......

You should be able to just drag them from your collections to the position
on the Audio/Music track of the timeline where you would like them placed.

Please try the following:

1) Import the music files into your collections (File->Import into
Collections) then find the four files you want (probably under "My Music"
somewhere.

2) Once imported the four files should appear as four "Music note" icons in
your collection.

3) Right click on one of these Icons and select "Add to Timeline"

4) Repeat step 3 for each Icon/File

5) At this point your timeline should have four items in the audio/music
track -- you may need to zoom out or "Zoom to fit" to see them all
(View->Zoom to fit")

6) You now be able to drag/drop the items around on the audio/music track --
you can even overlap them to create audio cross fades, you can also trim them
by hovering the mouse over the ends of the selected clip and when a doubled
headed red arrow appears dragging it with the mouse to shorten the selected
clip. Right click the selected click on the audio/music track will give you
options to mute / fade in / fade out and adjust the volume of the selected
clip.

Hope that helps.
