Adding Multiple Contact Names

I have serveal emails contact names in CC: i need to add them all in my
microsoft outlook 2007&2003. Can some tell me how can i add all the contact
name at one shot in my Contact list.

Hey Oliver

Thanks for the tip. But i think if the contacts are already added in the
micorsoft outlook then distrubtution is a good tool. But my question is that
i have mutliple email address now they are not in the contact list How can i
add those mutliple address in microsoft Outlook. I will apperciate if you can
help me.
