Adding more Microprocessor to win2k Adv. server for increase the performance

I have Dell server with four processor. Win2k Advanced
server is installed in the server. But, the performance is
very poor. i am having a doubt that the only one CPU is
Active. If it is, How to bring other three processor to
active.is there any patch ofr this ?

Open Task Manager.
On the View menu, click CPU History.
Click one graph per CPU.
On the performance tab, are all 4 CPUs active?
If not, you have a uni-processor HAL.
