Adding Memory To Video Card!

By going down to Staples, Office Depot, Comp USA or similar store and
purchasing a new video card with more memory.
 
Some, REPEAT some, old video cards allow memory upgrades but you would have
to check about yours with the manufacturer.
 
If the video card is built onto the mother (on-board video) then in the BIOS
you can tell it how much system RAM it is to "share" for the video
functions.

If not, follow the above mentioned answers and buy a newer video card.
 
BIOS stands for Basic Input/Output System, and it is the very first program
that runs on your system. (It has nothing to do with Windows or any other
operating system.)

When your system first boots, it should display a key to press to get into
system settings, usually DEL or F1.

Just out of curiosity: what does this have to do with the subject of your
question?

I think he/she was trying to show us he has no business in the BIOS ;)
