adding memory to FAVORITES

I just noticed that when I "add to FAVORITES", the web
address isn't saved. My 1st thought is that allocated
memory for FAVORITES is full. Am I on the right track and
if so, how do I expand the FAVORITES memory so that I can
save more sites?
 
There is no way to add memory to Favorites. It is a folder and should have
as much free memory as your drive has.

Your Favorites folder could be corrupted. Back up the data. Delete the
folder, reboot the computer, and let IE recreate it.
