Adding Jenoptik digital camers

I have just bought a 2nd hand camera and I have installed the disc that came
with it but I cant download the pics to my computer. Please has anybody any
ideas?

Nope. Unless you gonna tell us, what operating system your computer
runs, which camera model you've got, what type of cable you're using to
plug your camera to the computer, and what kind of error message or
other strange behaviour happens, when you switch on your plugged in camera.
