The holidays for Outlook 2000 are stored in a text file named
Outlook.txt. (It may be hidden depending on your operating system
version, so take that into account when searching for it.) You can open
the file with Notepad and look under the [Israel] and [Jewish Religious
Holidays] sections to see if all the holidays are there. If not, you
may want to just add the missing ones to the calendar yourself, rather
than edit the file -- there's no way to add just the missing ones if you
add them to the file, and if you add the whole section you'll get
duplicates of the ones you already have. However, if more than one
person will be using the file, you might want to update it and then tell
anyone you give the file to that they need to delete all their existing
holidays before adding them from the updated file.
Another consideration is that Outlook 2000's holidays file only included
holidays through the year 2002. For later years, you'd need to download
and install an updated holidays file. Details on all of these holiday
