Adding in sheet

Hi

Can I do this in Excel:

when the user add number the value 1.1 in the column A
line 1,

I want when he tried to add in the column B line 2 the
value of the column A line 2 will be 1.2

Can I do it in Excel?

and can I give a cell a default value

In A2 put =A1+B2 and then copy the cell A2, select as far down as you need in Col A and do Edit /
Paste.
