adding group list to contacts in mail section

I have a group set up under Contacts in Outlook. But I cannot find out how
to add just the group name only to my contact list in Mail, so it
automatically forwards mail to those in the group, when I click on the group
name.
 
We have no way of knowing what you are asking. Outlook makes no use of the
term "group," so we have no way of knowing what you mean by it. Nor could we
know what you mean by "contact list in Mail." Outlook Express uses groups."
You aren't using Outlook Express are you?
If I can guess correctly what you're trying to do, you should create a
Distribution List in your Contacts Folder if you need a group of recipients
to which you want to send or forward mail. Any DL you create will appear in
the address book view as the name of the DL.
