Adding folders

I have Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager and I'm trying to add a
folder for prospects in BCM but I get an error message stating that BCM does
not allow this action. How can I get around this, and why didn't the "great
minds" at Microsoft figure that someone may want to add such a folder?
 
Since BCM is on a MSDE db, it's a little difficult to allow creation of
subfolders - that's a feature of the .pst file that Outlook uses. Try using
categories to label your prospects. Or better yet, use the Opportunties
feature to keep track of your prospects.
