Hi,
I don't have much experience with outlook but I need to access a list of
contacts from our company drive and bring them to my outlook so that they
will be accessible when I hit new message - to - the list will appear. the
instrunctions I got are below. I can find the public folder and contacts on
the server but how do I grab them and put them on my local computer?

Instructions sent;
"If I remember correctly I think the school contacts are in the Public
folders… I think you browse to public folders and then pull the school
contacts out to there"

Right-click the folder, choose Properties, and on the Properties dialog,
check the Outlook Address Book box.

Sorry, really new to outlook.
Which folder do I look at the properties of?

I have network contacts when I click the TO: but not school ones in a new
message. If i'm supposed to go to the properties of the school contacts
folder its not on my computer yet. Its shared on the company drive. I tried
to import/export but I don't think i'm doing it right or if that's how I grab
the school cintacts folder.

sorry, I may need it spelled out really specific on how to do this

The contacts folder in Public Folders that you want to see in the address
book, per your earlier description: "I can find the public folder and
contacts"

If you need things spelled out, provide your Outlook version and the exact
location of the contacts folder.
