adding email address

this most likely is quite a simple question for this type
of venue, but wondering if anyone knows how you can add
an email address to you address book without having to
cut an paste etc. ie. often in other internet base email
sites you have a button to click ' add address' or your
right click on the email address and have the option to
add the email address to your address book.
It seems that will outlook you either have to retype the
email address or cut and paste. is there an easier way
out there?
 
right clicking on an address in any of the address fields (open message or
reply) doesn't have a context menu with the option to add to address book?
