Adding Downloadable files to Web Pages

Hi! Does anyone know how to add a downloadable file to a
web page created using FrontPage?
 
Import the file to your website and then
create a link to it on a page.

It is usually better to "zip" or compress the file using the WinZip
utility. This will also guarantee the visitor gets the download prompt
when the link is clicked.
