Adding domains to AD, from an already pre-existing DNS?

I have Win 2003 Ext Serv (with latest patches) as well as the latest
Exchange Server (with latest patches), installed. I also have my DNS
service setup (on the same machine) running with 3 top level domains.

Question: How do I get Active Directory to know about my domains that I
setup in the DNS service?

What do you mean? DNS really has nothing to do with AD. DNS is just the
service used to look up AD services along with all of the other things DNS
does. What do you mean by "get Active Directory to know about my domains
that I setup in the DNS service"?

What do you mean? If the Domains are in the same forest
then the DC (all DCs in forest) already knows about those
domains. If they are not in the forest, you will perhaps need
external trusts which generally required NetBIOS name
resolution.

As to DNS, your DC will find everything in that DNS server IF
it is configured to use STRICTLY that server (or identically
responding servers) in it's NIC->IP Properties.

DNS servers return the answers to questions they are asked.

DCs use DNS to find their replication partners (other DCs) and
to located DCs in other domains of the forest for both trust and
minimal replication connections.

DCs automatically register themselves with dynamic DNS (required)
servers so that both clients and their replication partners can find
them.
