Outlook 2003 will only allow me to right click on the "from" column in an
email with the option to add to my contact folder on messages that are 4
weeks old or less. For older messages, there is no option and no way to add
these names to my contact folder. It's driving me NUTS. Can someone help?

Here are some good ways to add them to Contacts:

Drag the whole email to the Contacts folder.

OPEN the email, right click on any name in the grey to: from; cc: fields and
select Add to Contacts.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
