adding contacts as CC to outlook emails

Hi, When I click to CC someone in an outlook email, it only offers my primary
contact list to choose from. I have several subfolders in my contact list,
but can't get to them. Is there a preference or something that allows
subfolders to be included? Thanks.
 
On the PRoperties dialog for each folder, you'll find a check box to add it to the Outlook Address Book
